Cancellation, Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

The User can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order and the refund shall be initiated as per the Refund Policy. The User shall make sure that he/she does not accept the order, in case a delivery attempt is made for a cancelled order.

REFUND POLICY

Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

RETURN POLICY

Please note that we do not accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. Once these products are purchased and delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently deliver across India to almost all the pin codes.

We have tied up with a reliable logistics partner that ensures reliable delivery of our products across India. We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it’s beyond our control.

Once the order is confirmed on receipt of payment, we ship it out our ready stock items within 2-3 working days and it takes 5-7 working days to get delivered.

For customized orders, the time taken will vary as per the order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

DAMAGES

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
